1. Overview

At 1MLFIX, we value your trust and satisfaction. All our products go through strict quality checks before dispatch.
However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we’ll ensure a quick resolution as per the policy below.

2. Non-Returnable Products

Please note that all 1MLFIX products are non-returnable due to the nature of nutraceutical and health supplements.
We do not accept returns once the product has been opened, used, or tampered with.

3. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
To claim this, you must follow these steps:

  1. Record a clear unboxing video while opening your shipment.

    • The video must clearly show the outer packaging, product label, and the issue (damage, leakage, or wrong item).

  2. Send the video and your order details to connect@1mlfix.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. Our team will verify and process your claim within 3–5 business days.

⚠️ Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

4. Refunds & Replacements

  • If approved, we will issue a refund or replacement based on product availability.

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
